Cardiac

Heart health, decoded.

Two AI-powered scans detect rhythm disorders, valve disease, and structural abnormalities most physicians miss.

AI 12-Lead Heart Scan
Kardia 12L · 39 FDA-cleared determinations
What this scan reveals
Active arrhythmias — atrial fibrillation, heart block, dangerous rhythm disorders
Structural abnormalities — LBBB, RBBB, Wolff-Parkinson-White syndrome
Evidence of previous or evolving heart attack, identified by territory
Left ventricular hypertrophy — thickened heart wall from uncontrolled blood pressure
QT prolongation — inherited or drug-induced risk of sudden cardiac arrest
Atrial fibrillation silently triples stroke risk. Most patients with LVH have no symptoms — yet it predicts future heart failure. Deep-learning AI trained on 1 million ECGs finds patterns no human reader can see.
AI Heart Sound Scan
Eko DUO · murmur AI + ejection fraction
What this scan reveals
Heart murmurs — turbulent flow through diseased valves (aortic stenosis, mitral regurgitation)
Reduced ejection fraction — heart pumping less than 40% per beat with no symptoms yet
Aortic stenosis progresses silently for decades, then causes collapse. Asymptomatic heart failure with reduced EF is reversible with medication when caught early — most patients are first diagnosed in the emergency room.

Eyes

Your retina reveals your systemic health.

A camera without dilation drops photographs the only living blood vessels visible without surgery.

AI Retinal Scan
Non-mydriatic · no dilation drops required
What this scan reveals
Diabetic retinopathy — microaneurysms, hemorrhages, and exudate at the earliest treatable stage
Diabetic macular edema — swelling threatening central vision requiring urgent referral
Vascular changes in retinal vessels reflecting systemic cardiovascular health
Diabetic retinopathy is the leading cause of preventable blindness in working-age adults — treatable early, irreversible late.

Body Composition & Bone

What the scale will never show you.

DXA imaging measures visceral fat, lean muscle mass, and bone microarchitecture with clinical precision.

Full Body Composition Scan
DXA · fat · muscle · visceral fat (VAT) · BMC
What this scan reveals
Visceral adipose tissue (VAT) — fat surrounding your organs, not visible from the outside
Lean muscle mass by region — identifying sarcopenia (age-related muscle loss) before it limits function
Total and regional fat distribution — android vs. gynoid pattern, trunk vs. limb ratio
Bone mineral content — total skeletal calcium burden across the whole body
BMI cannot distinguish muscle from fat. Normal-weight adults can carry dangerously high visceral fat that drives heart disease, type 2 diabetes, and liver disease — completely invisible without imaging.
Bone Density + Quality Assessment
DXA BMD · T-score · TBS microarchitecture
What this scan reveals
Bone mineral density at lumbar spine and hip — T-score and fracture risk classification
Trabecular Bone Score (TBS) — internal 3D bone microarchitecture quality beyond density alone
10-year fracture probability — reclassifying patients whose density appears borderline-safe
Hidden fragility in patients with diabetes, steroid use, or rheumatoid arthritis
Osteoporosis has no symptoms. A hip fracture over age 65 carries a 20–25% one-year mortality rate. TBS catches up to 30% of patients whose T-score looks borderline but whose bone microstructure reveals true high fracture risk.

Liver & Abdominal Organs

Silent disease in six organs at once.

FibroScan stages liver fibrosis. Abdominal ultrasound images five more organs in the same appointment.

Liver Health Scan
FibroScan · fibrosis stage · liver fat grade
What this scan reveals
Liver stiffness — fibrosis stage F0 (healthy) through F4 (cirrhosis), measured in kPa
Liver fat content — steatosis grade S0 (none) through S3 (severe fatty liver), in dB/m
Metabolic-associated fatty liver disease affects roughly 1 in 3 American adults with no symptoms until advanced stages. Early fibrosis is reversible. Cirrhosis is not.
Abdominal Organ Scan
Ultrasound · 6 organs · radiologist reviewed
What this scan reveals
Liver — echogenicity, lesions, and structural abnormalities
Gallbladder — stones, polyps, and wall thickening
Pancreas — size, echogenicity, and ductal abnormalities
Spleen — enlargement and architecture
Both kidneys — masses, cysts, cortical thinning, and size asymmetry
Kidney masses, gallstones, and early liver tumors produce no pain or symptoms — yet imaging finds them in minutes, before they become surgical emergencies or stage IV cancers.

Pelvic Health

Invisible findings, visible outcomes.

Pelvic ultrasound for uterine, ovarian, prostate, and bladder conditions that produce no early symptoms.

Pelvic Health Scan — Women
Ultrasound · uterus · ovaries · cul-de-sac
What this scan reveals
Uterus size, shape, and endometrial stripe thickness
Uterine fibroids — size, number, and location
Ovarian cysts and masses requiring monitoring or referral
Free fluid in the cul-de-sac
Uterine fibroids affect up to 80% of women by age 50 — most don't know they have them. Endometrial and ovarian abnormalities found on routine imaging are often the earliest and most treatable presentation of gynecologic disease.
Pelvic Health Scan — Men
Ultrasound · prostate volume · bladder · PSA density
What this scan reveals
Prostate volume — enabling PSA density calculation for more accurate cancer risk assessment
Bladder capacity and post-void residual — identifying outflow obstruction from prostate enlargement
PSA density — PSA divided by prostate volume — is far more specific for true cancer risk than PSA alone. Prostate volume requires imaging to measure; PSA density requires both.

Vascular

How old are your arteries, really?

Carotid imaging measures plaque burden and arterial age — identifying cardiovascular disease 10–15 years before a heart attack or stroke.

Arterial Age Assessment
Carotid ultrasound · CIMT · plaque · Doppler
What this scan reveals
Carotid intima-media thickness (CIMT) — the most validated non-invasive marker of early atherosclerosis
Atherosclerotic plaque — presence, size, and vulnerability to rupture
Carotid stenosis and blood flow velocity — grading arterial narrowing by territory
Your vascular age — whether your arteries are aging faster than your birth year
CIMT identifies people developing cardiovascular disease 10–15 years before a heart attack or stroke — including patients with completely normal cholesterol and blood pressure.

Most conditions are
preventable. Most go undetected.

80%

of chronic conditions are preventable

With early detection. Most are discovered only after symptoms appear — often years after damage begins.

15 min

average primary care appointment

Not enough time to examine, discuss, and order comprehensive testing. We take the time a full picture requires.

12 domains

of health, assessed in one visit

Cardiovascular, metabolic, liver, kidney, hormonal, sleep, blood, nutrition, recovery, bone & muscle, body composition, and retinal & vascular health — together.

“Health isn’t a one-time test. It’s a continuous story — and you deserve to know yours before something forces the conversation.”
